• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Design, implement, Configure and support Various Network Security firewalls, CISCO FTD, FMC, ISE, DNAC,
WLC, Access Points, Routers and Switches.

and capacity planning.
• Provide Level-2/Level-3 support and troubleshooting for network and security incidents; participate in incident
response and escalation.
• Configure and customize monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., SolarWinds) to provide real-time visibility into
network health and performance.
• Implement high-availability and failover solutions; perform firmware/software upgrades and backup/restore device
configurations following change-control processes.
