1-Accounting Manager
SHL Finance Co. (Arab National Bank) is a publicly listed (Tadawul) leading financial institution based in Riyadh, specializing in real estate financing, Consumer, mortgage solutions, and SME lending. The company provides Sharia-compliant financial services tailored to individuals and businesses across Saudi Arabia June 2012 - Present.
- Led the full accounting Cycle including General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Month / Quarter / Year end.
-Prepared monthly, Quarterly, and annual financial statement in compliance with IFRS Sts.
- Manage accounting treatment for real-estate financing, Consumer loans, SME financing portfolio, ensuring accurate yield accruals and loan schedules.
- Monitored Portfolio performance, aged receivable, delinquency ratios, and recommended corrective actions for non-Performing loans (NPL).
-Review calculated expected credit losses (ECL) provision by risk department in accordance with IFRS 9.
-Developed annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, Variance analysis & provide recommendations to support decision making.
- Proactively resolve financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounts information.
-Reasonable assurance that finance internal control is following regulatory requirements from SAMA / CMA / other regulatory authority.
-Managed daily cash flow, Optimized liquidity levels, and prepared cash flow projection.
-Supervised and developed accounting team, delegated tasks effectively by rotation efficiency.
-Monthly reviewing full different reconciliation (Banks / Receivables / payables / VAT).
-Participate in financial digital transformations projects implemented for enhancement to accounting and loan management system.
-Utilize advance financial tools (Oracle, SAP, Temenos) to automate process and to improve data accuracy.
-Coordinate with internal & external audit team in any special audit assignment.

Finance
