Make a concept design and develop the concept according to client requirement
Establish and sustain client relation and satisfaction, Client meetings, requirements & discussions
Developing Concept design, to schematic, detailed design till construction and tender stage
Coordination with all Dept., requirements (Structural & MEP) as well as Authorities requirements from very start of
the project and during all stages
All Authorities requirements, coordination, submissions, follow up, …. Till obtaining approvals required and all
NOCs required from all Authorities
Lead a team of designers and architects, provide expert input in design, and production meetings; observe
project performance and coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule
adapt building codes, design and implement creative concepts of architectural layout
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations, Communicate clear
instructions to team members & Listen to team members' feedback, Answers team member questions, helps with
team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations, Create reports to update the company on the teams progress
