• Working at Aljomaih as ERP senior architect for automotive solutions and referenced in any customization or process cycles starting from the purchasing and ending with service.
• Responsible for the HRMS cycles and handling the daily support and any new requirements.
• Planning, setup, training, executing and supporting the Go-Live of Inventory, Order Management, OSM, Purchasing and HRMS modules in Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh sites.
• Responsible of integration with SIMAH, The Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) is Saudi Arabia's first comprehensive consumer Credit Bureau. SIMAH is an initiative driven by the ten commercial banks operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Responsible of integration with SADAD (Saudi Payment System), SADAD links between the commercial sector and the local banks, it offers the ability to collect its Customer payment electronically through all the banking channels in the kingdom around the clock
• Working with Raya in EKK (Ibrahim Khalil Kanoo -Bahrain) as Senior technical Consultant in the "Spare parts Cycle" and also taking the role of Solution Architect for the automotive solution as well
• Working with Raya in Toyota De Morocco as Senior Tech. Consultant in the “Service Request-to-Resolution cycle” and the tasks that was done are:
-Develop a new customized form for the “Appointments” to close the gap in cycle and it was fully integrated with the Tele service, Depot Repair, Quoting to submit Quote if needed and Order Management to submit Customer Final Sales Order.
-Participate in the Key User Training, Testing and solving any related technical problems, using the forms personalization very heavily to satisfy the customer needs.
-Responsible for the Production setup and testing.
-Responsible for the Spare parts integration with external programs of ordering and receiving operations and hence its support.
-develop new workflows to generate new levels of approval hierarchy to match with the business needs
-The key modules that was dealing with are “Oracle CRM Foundation”, “Oracle Tele service”, “Oracle Depot Repair”, “Oracle Inventory”, “Oracle HRMS” and “Oracle Order Management”.
