responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of microsoft SQL database server.
installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, website and mail server.
talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

Responsible for the overall IT operations, including sales duties for each site based on customer requirements and staff computer skills. my responsibility includes the following:
Define the future Requirements to meet computer system expandable requirements.
Provide installation and configuration of different applications/desktop operating system.
Provide support for day-to-day end users inquiries for software & hardware.
On Job Training (OJT).
Solve Daily operation Problems.
Design and implement any tailored software required.
Implement purchasing control system using Visual Basic.
Design and implement CRM (Customer Relation Management).
Design, implement and support back-office for export, import and clearance agency based on user parameterize and business process definition. in addition I developed the first draft of the operator's guide.
Teaching MS Office, C programming language and Structure programming.
