Manage complex projects.
Interact with sales team during bidding phase to fulfill project management
requirements.
Track project plans, progress, financials, issues and risks.
Maintain and control project schedule, plan and cash flow.
Prepare internal and external status reports.
Manage resources and track procurement.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects.
Deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget by minimizing and mitigating
project risks.
Follow all relevant PMO polices, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Work hand in hand with SDM to ensure project delivery.
Build customer relationships that enhance communications to ensure project
success and promote additional product opportunities
Manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while maintain customer
satisfaction.
Track invoicing and payment collection.
Ensure customer acceptance for the project.
Provide detailed, concise and project reporting
-Network design (Active/Passive) for surveillance projects.
-Network passive work installation.
-Network active equipment configuration/installation.
-Participate with the pre-sales team during tenders to prepare BOQs with best prices for passive network materials and active equipment (wired& wireless).
-Design, implement and manage computer network projects.
-Supervise and manage all IT related tasks.
-Network and IT support.
-Develop and manage wired, wireless networking and hospitality services projects including IPTV system.
-Assure projects quality.
-Do technical site surveys to specify the best internet solutions.
-Prepare detailed BOQs including prices for the projects.
-Deliver detailed reports and project summaries to the high level management.
-Create technical documentation for projects after installation.
-Leading teams of technicians 4+ to execute projects.
-Troubleshoot wired and wireless networks in the customer site (hospitality field).
-Troubleshoot ADSL and leased lines problems.
-Handle guest complaints.
