 Accounting professional with 12 years of experience in Arab academy for science & technology and maritime transport which is one of the famous organizations working in the Middle East education sector

 Responsible for the second signature of the checks given to suppliers, customers & employees which needs highly auditing skills for all documents, bills, signatures and etc.
 Ensure the Finance manager is provided with timely reports to enhance business decision making
 Coordinate budget preparation with department heads to ensure smooth delivery of assignments and objectives
 Bringing to the attention of management any abnormality in the accounting records

 Supervising the day‐to‐day operation of the accounting

 Manage process invoices and process payments

 Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, and the use of financial management software

 Cooperating with internal and external auditors to carry out regular audits


 Managing the monthly Reconciliation of bank statements through making all adjusting entries of commissions, deposits, interest revenues, checks collected and paid
 Managing the accounts receivables and payable by analyzing and reviewing daily the output from GL and TL
 Verify divisional petty cash and cash in banks allocations and records
 Responsible for paid and received cash book and making all its entries and daily supervising for its balances
 Making all the checks accounting entries to suppliers, students and employees
