1.Implementation and development of overall Maintenance plans and objectives to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.
2.Ensuring effective implementation of the work processes, procedures and the availability of the necessary resources related to maintenance.
3.Design and review maintenance programs.
4.Schedule repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipments to ensure continuous production operations.
5.Review job orders to determine work priorities.
6.Direct maintenance and operation activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of steam, electric power, chilled water, or compressed air required for operations.
7.Liaise with Production/ Quality Management on a daily basis to resolve technical/ operational issues.
8.Management of maintenance plans to ensure essential maintenance is completed within a reasonable time
9.Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
10.Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan and modify maintenance activities.
11.Insure that operating machines and equipments are in conformance with operational and safety standards.
12.Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect utilization of resources.
13.Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, steam and all infrastructure services.
14.Direct training of workers to improve work performance and comply with company policies and procedures.
15.Confer with management to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipments.
