Scope: The historic Diriyah area with traditional Najdi architecture. The project includes construction of a
three level underground mega parking with capacity for 10, 500 vehicles and two tunnel, structural, civil,
finishing, and MEP works, construction of buildings, shopping malls, mosque, more than 70 retail and
lifestyle buildings, public spaces and infrastructure works.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervised and managed daily construction activities for structural, civil, infrastructure, and finishing works in
accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinated execution of underground mega parking, buildings, shopping malls, mosque, and public realm
construction works.
• Managed site activities for reinforced concrete works, excavation, backfilling, rebar installation, formwork,
concrete casting, and finishing activities.
• Coordinated with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, survey, and safety teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
• Monitored work progress, manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project schedule targets and
productivity requirements.
• Ensured compliance with project quality standards, HSE regulations, and approved method statements.
• Reviewed IFC drawings, technical documents, shop drawings, and construction sequences before execution.
• Prepared daily reports, progress updates, site inspections, and coordinated resolution of technical issues on
site.
• Coordinated MEP interfaces and finishing activities with different disciplines to maintain construction progress
and project milestones.
• Led construction teams and subcontractors to ensure safe execution and timely completion of activities.
• Participated in project meetings with client representatives, consultants, and management teams regarding
progress and construction planning.

Scope: Construction of three Dams to create the 2.8 km long fresh water lake at Trojena by Roller
compacted concrete (RCC Main Dam - 150 m Height), Rockfill Dam (RFD - 110 m Height), Enchanted Forest
Dam by RCC (EFD - 75 m Height), Tunnel, earthworks, excavation, shotcrete, and spillway.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisted Construction director in planning, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and progress
monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day operations for my section and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality,
and safety standards.
• Coordinate between engineering, technical, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and
maintain workflow.
• Supervised RCC placement for the Main Dam and tunnel in compliance with project specifications, QA/QC
standards.
• Managed surface preparation, batching, transportation, spreading, compaction, and curing to achieve required
strength and durability.
• Participated in Weekly Lean Planning Meetings to review short-term schedules, coordinate work fronts, identify
constraints, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Coordinated with QA/QC for material testing, monitored temperature and moisture content.
• Ensured compliance with safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and high-temperature.
• Coordinate all site activities including formwork, concrete works, grouting, equipment operation, and handover
procedures and coordinate structural and electromechanical works and Grouting.

Project: Julius Nyerere Dam Hydropower Project 2115 MW, Tanzania.

Scope: Earthworks, embankment, riprap, roller-compacted concrete (RCC) (Main Dam - 140 m Height) and
(saddle Dam - 45 m Height), gabions, and drainage as well as road construction, blasting, shotcrete, and
grouting, earthworks and excavation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Studying the executive drawings and detailed drawings and applying them to the ground in the right way.
• Supervising the Execution of finishing works and installation of iron doors and handrails for entrances and halls
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Provide all subcontractors with all materials needed on site.
• Provide a quality control unit with all inspection requests.
• Oversee the execution according to technical specifications and timeline of concrete and finishing items.
• Coordinate between different disciplines (Architecture, Electric, and MEP).
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports about the site and achievement rates.
• Work according to project schedules and develop solutions to implementation constraints.
• Coordinated with QA/QC, HSE, and survey teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Oversaw manpower, equipment utilization, and material logistics on site.

Scope: Casting concrete, infrastructure, finishing works, roof insulation, road construction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise all activities of Buildings.
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Inspect all materials, equipment, or works delivered or carried out by the contractor.
• Check samples proposed by the contractor regarding the requirement stated in the project’s documents.
• Ensure that all measurements are documented for verification that inspection, measuring, and test equipment
• Maintain records of inspection and testing results.
• Responsible for all the site and technical office work.
• Handing over all work and items to the consulting engineer according to the project schedule.
