 Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
 Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
 Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
 Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
 Assist in the roll-out of new applications.
 Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.
 Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
 Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
 Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Implementing and configuring the corporate LAN environment.
 Hardware and Microsoft support for the Client machines.
 Installation and configuration of network Printers.
 Outlook configurations and support.
