• Follow up with the construction of the works to insure that the work are in line with the Baseline Program.
• Insure that the construction works meet the specifications and the required quality.
• Follow up the tendering process of Provisional Sum items till the awarding of the tender.
• Follow up all project Construction activates till completion of Project
• Follow up with the Engineer to insure that the monthly payments is as per contract and within the work done.
• Follow up with the Engineer to insure that any proposed variation is within the estimated budget.
• Co-ordinate with the Engineer for the implementation of any changes and variations.
• Follow up the maintenance process of project during DLP period of main contractor company
