• Pre-contract works:
• Follow up the tendering process for consultant offices till the awarding of the tender.
• Follow up with the Design firms to insure that all design stages (the Concept till Detailed Design) are in line with the required time frame.
• Follow-up of all government Sectors to ensure that the approval of all stages of design so that we can start in the stage of bidding and implementation.
• Follow up the tendering process of main contractors company till the awarding of the tender.
• Post-contract works:
• Follow up with the construction of the works to insure that the work are in line with the Baseline Program.
• Insure that the construction works meet the specifications and the required quality.
• Follow up with the Engineer to insure that the monthly payments is as per contract and within the work done.
• Follow up with the Engineer to insure that any proposed variation is within the estimated budget.
• Co-ordinate with the Engineer for the implementation of any changes and variations.
