* Responsible for the prepaid meters projects for the Government Electricity Distribution Companies in Egypt and MEA.
* Managing owned products and projects and Pre-sales activities as following:
1. Determine product specifications and define the long-term strategy of the product and create the product roadmap
2. prepare product documents including market requirement documents and product use cases to drive product activity
3. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

The responsibility duties as following:
1. Attending the user and expert training in MSO and CASO.
2. Follow up on selected MSO and CASO cases in cooperation with the company staff.
3. Implement energy audit, using UNDIO measuring tools, for gathering measuring data from selected factories.
4. Energy analysis report in cooperation with the factory team.
5. Assess and identify potential optimization opportunities and determine how to achieve cost savings and energy efficiency through prioritizing recommendation strategies.

3. Studying electric power parameters i.e. KW, KVA, KVAR, PF, V, I, THD, Flickers and recommend a suitable solution for network stability and reliability.
4. Power quality studies for different electric network cases and how to achieve the electric standards related to power quality.
