• Responsible for expert technical advice and counsel for complex solutions.
• Works with assigned internal Sales teams to strategize / develop / participate in solutions revenue initiatives
• Perform requirements analysis, design, POC, implementation, and upgrades of enterprise applications.

• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
• Handle all aspects of reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, passenger boarding, and baggage service
• Participate in annotations testing for amazon shopper panel program
• Assure of dataset accuracy generated from ML model.
• Responsible for scanning products with a handheld scanner and physically placing them into assorted size bins
• Ensuring that all items are in excellent condition to be shipped to various customers by inspected for damages
• Responsible for managed print services & production systems and solutions implementation
• Tracking and communicating projects progress and ensure project objectives are delivered
• Providing technical support for wide range of production systems with different DFEs.
• Providing demos, POC, installation, training and documentations of new projects.
• Working closely with internal departments and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new printing software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing systems.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
Responsible for providing support for wide range of Xerox products, software, and services to our customers
•Drive incremental volume to the Xerox Managed Services print site.
•Work with the client and site operations teams to improve the overall document lifecycle.
•Identify additional business opportunities that utilize Xerox people, partners, technology and solutions to enable the achievement of client’s communications objectives.
•Act as the point of contact to resolve any customer complaints while maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
•Consult with client document owners to advise on ways to make their transactional communications more effective.
· Responsible for on-site customer problems solving regular maintance.
· Responsible for all customer training, and training material for customer products
· Supervised the support team work progress, tasks flow, and project delivery.
