Job responsibilities involve:
• Cultivating a learning culture within the organization that encourages continuous improvement and employee engagement through identifying the training needs for different positions through meetings with department heads.
• Identifying essential soft skills required for professional growth and designing training courses to enhance these skills among employees at various levels.
• Collaborating with external training providers to deliver high-quality soft skills training programs.
• Developing a comprehensive induction program to familiarize newly hired employees with company policies, procedures, culture, and values.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify critical roles and establish talent pipelines to ensure smooth transitions for key positions.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts across different teams in enhancing the content of CARMA College to address specific learning needs, incorporating the latest industry best practices, and providing comprehensive training resources.
• Trainer and Facilitator for soft skills in the MENA region.
Extensive expertise in clients' needs analysis with a consultative approach to investments and end user sales. Dealing with investors directly and working closely with clients to offer helpful services and advice.
Job responsibilities involved:
• Selling DAMAC property units.
• Generating leads for new sales.
• Coordinating with the customer till closure of the deal.
