 Functions Under Supply Chain:
 Planning Department (Raw, production, demand planning)
 Procurement Department
 Warehouse Department
 Logistics (shipping & Distribution)

 Roles & Responsibilities:
 Building a Supply Chain system from scratch by integrating the four main functions into one system with other company’s departments.
 Reviewing and improvement of all processes related to Supply Chain.
 Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
 Establishing key performance indicators, monitoring performance and put actions plans to improve this performance.
 Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.
 Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information and to clarify management objectives.
 Manage / coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery.
 Participating in the Executive Committee meeting for the Fragrance sector.
 Participate in Supply plan within the entire group for funds allocation according to the Cash Flow situation.

 Functions Under Supply Chain:
 Demand Planning, Raw Material & Production Planning.
 Purchasing (Requesting) function.
 Warehouse & Dispatching department (40 headcount).
 Monitoring the whole supply chain processes & operations KPI's.

 Roles & Responsibilities:
 Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of entire supply chain.
 Lead and manage demand planning, production planning, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting and warehousing.
 Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
 Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.
 Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer’s key personnel.
 Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives.
 Manage / coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery.
 Develop and / or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization.
 Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals.

• Sub-contracting agreements: studying specs & DWG’s, sub-contractors evaluation, technical & financial negotiation and preparation of sub-contracts.
• Fabrication outside our workshop: This includes examining DWG’s, negotiating technical & financial details, preparing the sub-contracts and following them up.
• Team Leader for all material procurement: including examining certificates, suppliers’ evaluation, preparing follow-up sheets for each project
