Plan, organize and priorities workloads in order to ensure efficient use of resources and timely
completion of tasks
• Prepare reports and internal documentation to detect current status and discover
improvement needs
• Be a point of expertise and reference within sales planning and participate in identifying
opportunities for cross selling and upselling to enhance sales and profitability
• Update sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure accuracy
of information at all times Manage traffic and queuing system inside shops to ensure
• Plan and execute team meetings to agree sales plan implementation and follow-up customer
satisfaction
• Implement the request of opening new branches will be lunched
Technical Duties
• To enhance the internal workflow in order to achieve common goals and business objectives.
• To monitor sales channels activities by preparing and maintaining regular visits to all sales
point.
• To prepare and submit daily reports to address the daily status of the productivity.
• To handle all kinds of requests from all employees in the sales point.
• To handle/escalate any administrational and operational problems.
• To communicate the new instructions.
• To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
• To train TE employees on new CRMs like Distributor Portal, and New Mobile Sys. (BES Sys.)
Supervisory Duties
• To monitor (TE- CSO) Sales Representative’s activity.
• To monitor work procedures to ensure conformity with established operating standards.
• To follow up staff training needs that Supervisor has recommended.
Deal with current customers and respond to sales enquiries/complaints
• Acquire new customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues.
• Mintain good relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
• Ensure accurate completion of all sales related administrative details for efficiency
• Interact with senior sales executives and sales supervisor’s/account manager’s/section heads,
keeping them informed of relevant enquiries and providing back up and administrative
support to ensure efficiency of sales operations
