• Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
• Manage and support engineering technicians group to reach established goals.
• Support facilities engineering and technically assist plant in areas of installation, startup, repair, training and modification on power transmission
• Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation.
• Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Propose the best way to solve issues and problems.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
• Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
• Lead team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems.
• Responsible for establishing maintaining and adherence to project budget and schedule.
• Supervise preparation of technical drawings by other team members.
• Prepare client presentations and present design concepts and drawings.
• Incorporates integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Mentor and manage the work of junior team members and help orienting them in the professional development.
• Maintain a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team.
• Assure the overall strategy for producing documents and organizing data will be followed.
• Assure office document standards are met and archives documents appropriately.
• Conceptual Design preparation in coordination with the “Principal Architect” and oversee of Execution design.
• Design development of the projects concept including 3D visualization and all CAD drawings.
• Hold meetings with the Principal Architect and Clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participating in technical coordination with all HODs and the Engineering manager.
• Review of project along with its required codes and specifications.
• Propose the best way to solve issues and problems.
• Coordinate and make sure the cost, quality and schedule match with the original project’s budget.
• Preparation of technical specifications and catalog cut sheets.
• Design development of the projects concept including 3D visualization and all CAD drawings.
• Preparation of Execution drawings in coordination with Execution Design team.
