1- Prepare business/ marketing plans for E-channels
2- Monitor and follow up on E-channels registrations, usage and services performance on daily basis to achieve E-channels target
3- Review pricing models of each channel and recommend changes if required
4- Revisit and enhance the E-channels policies and work flow
5- Research on new technology/ standards available for each delivery channel and optimize functionality of each channel

2- Develop, coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing & communications plans supporting the implementation of the bank’s strategic plan
3- Plan marketing programs including the preparation of cost budgets
4- Ensure bank’s corporate identity attributes is integrated throughout all advertising channels
5- Lead and coordinate with the PR department AB major events and sponsorship's
6- Control the stock of all advertising materials
