Implementation of Contract Administration duties with strong emphasis on contractual obligations and entitlements towards the Sub-contractors.
• Supervise the preparation of the monthly interim “Application for Payment” and subsequently negotiate with the Subcontractors.
• Deputize for Contract Administrator.
• Recognizing risks and taking appropriate measures in addition to the preparation of claims and preparation of Variation Orders related to Subcontractors.
• Drafting and initiating relevant contractual correspondence to the Sub-contractors.
• Responding to contractual correspondence received from the Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Evaluate and assess claims submitted by Sub-contractors.
• Review of Sub-contractor’s monthly Application for Payment and preparation of relevant certificates.
• Coordinate with Sub-contractors and Suppliers as maybe required
• Prepare final measurement of “own works” quantities and subsequently preparing the Final Account, for Sub-contractors
• Attend regular meetings to review contractual matters and performance of Sub-contractors.
• Assume other responsibilities as delegated by the Department Head.
• Ensuring the implementation of the Company HSE procedure and project procedures.
