I'm responsible for visiting allocated retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, banks or any “service providing” business and observe the overall performance of the staff in the areas of customer service, selling skills and adherence to general standards and procedures as per the job specifics of the client. I must, at all times, preserve the integrity of the role, the client's privacy and remain covert at all times.
Each assignment is sent with a certain scenario that I follow while carrying out the visit and then write a detailed report about the visit to be sent within a maximum of 24 hrs. It goes through an editing department and is sent to the client within a maximum of 48 hrs from the date of the visit.

 Attending the execution of all weddings / events to make sure that everything is carried out according to the expected satisfactory standards and I don’t leave till I make sure that the client is satisfied with all details.
 Photographing all weddings & events, downloading photos on the company's computer & filing them by place & date
 I created & monitored the company’s e-mail & Facebook group, responded to all e-mails & inquiries daily & updated the Facebook group on monthly basis
 Setting the event/wedding ballroom/location layouts in coordination with the hotels.
 Handling the Fairmont Towers & Fairmont Heliopolis Hotels (weddings, all new weddings packages, events, monitoring all flower arrangements in the hotel’s public areas) and preparing a yearly updated flower arrangement (bouquets) album with hard copies & prices, for the Director Of Guest Services at the hotel.
 Handling all logistics related to ads, magazines, websites subscriptions, wedding guides (designs, photos, contracts…..etc.)
