Manage the purchasing of project base and non-Project base materials and services, through sourcing of the Material and services, and Purchasing of the material in compliance with the organization policies and procedures

Analyze needs of productions and issue Purchase orders, measure performance of suppliers, monitor and management of stock levels.

Main Role supervises the manufacturing operations of the workshops in a manufacturing company. My role is to organize, set up and optimize production, while observing specifications. Coordinating between departments like design, engineering, and planning for the product development & to ensure superior productivity & deliver quality & safety solutions. Main role create BOM of new products, insure the reception of conformed material on time of production. Maintain shipping customer orders on time.
Warehouse Management
Leading the warehouse team in managing the main activities:
•Material Reception
•Material identification
•Dispatching and allocation of Material
•Issuing Material for production
•Inventory Management
•Maintaining 5S rules and Warehouse material release rules.
Procurement Management Skills and Responsibilities
Leading the Procurement team consisting of Outdoor buyers and purchasing specialists to achieve the following activities in timely and cost reduction manner.
Project Base Procurement
•Sourcing the required Material based on The BOQ or Material requests generated by the technical team or received from the clients.
•Carry out the comparisons between the received offers based on the technical and commercial offers
•Launch the Purchase orders, after getting the required approvals.
Non-Project Base Procurement
•Collection of the purchase requests from Different departments
•Getting offers from the Pre-approved suppliers
•Launch the purchase orders
Operational and Strategic procurement
•Calculating material needs based on the booked sales orders.
•Place orders to local and foreign suppliers according to booked firm needs and forecast needs following to the current purchasing strategy.
•Follow on regular basis the high runners material.
•Ability to provide lists of alternatives and solutions for any material needs based on past experience.
•Lead the foreign purchases activities for material and assets including ( sourcing, negotiations, orders, follow up logistics activities ).
•Manages the contracts for the contracting and sub-contracting activities .
Production Management Skills and Responsibilities
Production Manager
1. Monitor operations daily and supervise technical personnel, workers, team leaders and supervisors
2. Ensuring a professional and healthy teamwork culture among the production team.
3. In charge of developing processes to measure and analyze workshop productivity (equipment performance, team efficiency).
4. Planning and organizing the daily production activities- Organizing workshop resources, Analyze the late delivery reasons and activate . corrective actions
5. Analysis of data and the production graphs and progress charts
6. Estimating usage and making requisition for production consumables
7. Manage vacations to ensure controlled workers availability according to production load.
10. Helping and coaching operators, leaders and young engineers to achieve their goals. Solving problems and production constraints
