Established the Information Technology Department to apply the Oracle E- business suite (ERP) - • Definition of the IT department sections
structure. - Determining the network security needs (hardware - software - staff).
• Communication & Negotiation with the IT suppliers to get the best technical and financial solutions according to the company environment needs.
• Selecting the team of the IT department (network admin - developers and functional consultant - DBA) and key users and the MIS coordinators for other departments.
• Coordination with the Oracle Implementer company to execute the
Implementation plan phases (Analysis - CRP - training - test - Go live).
• Preparing the Go live data for all modules in the data template to upload it to the Oracle production server.
• Accumulation of the Oracle modules documentations and references to supply all users for their user guide documents plus the technical documentation for IT dept staff.
• Following up the problems of every phase in all modules with users.
• Solving Oracle problems and bugs thru SR and the technical staff.
• Performing DBA tasks such as (Backup of App & DB - Creating new clones from Oracle Production - open SRs and applying Patches).
• Designing and following up the PCs & network maintenance sheets registry to enter all the information of PCs configurations, IPs, network security roles of the ISA 2006 server and Cisco ASA 5510 firewall.
• Designing and executing the ISO Procedure of the IT department to record all the procedures and processes in the dept.
• Defining all used forms to request the customized reports and to order any hardware, network and software problem solution for users
• Preparing the training plan for the IT department staff according to the needs.
• Supervising the new web site creation, preparation of technical data, products, Customer and Clients information and web content administration.

• Real Estate and Account Receivable systems.
• Mall, bakery and restaurants Point of Sale Systems
• Administration and Maintenance for 6 Servers and over 80 PCs
• Networks Installation and Maintenance.
• Coordination between our company and IT Suppliers Companies.
• Attendance of all seminars, and application of the latest technology in software, hardware, and communications in Golf Solaimaneyah.
• Ensurance of that the security procedures were available and effective (Firewalls-Antivirus Programs - Permissions and Passwords - System Backup policy).
• Weekly and monthly reports including achievements for every project.
• Sharing in the creation of the new Solaimaneyah web site structure, layout, and design.
