- Assisting customers to ensure all of their banking needs are fulfilled

- Receiving supplier Order Acknowledgements and ensuring materials are matching with PO
- Dispatching invoices to customers and tracking the process of payment to the end result
- preventative calls to customers to ensure invoices are paid on time
- following and controlling overdue payments from customers and ensuring they are received
- Working closely with the finance department to carry out any additional tasks related to the overall services department
Oversaw a large project which was the modernization of one of our old circuit breakers which was nearing the end of its life and which had been discontinued since 2003, therefore spare parts would no longer be available as of 2013. Over 14, 000 installed in the region so was a large communication and marketing and sales oriented mission.
