- Deliver services and projects to the agreed KPIs and targets .Ensure service levels and set up effective monitoring systems.
- Ensure, manage and maintains an effective IT architecture and make consistent technology decisions.
-Ensure all IT systems and data are secure. Work closely with information security section in IT and 3rd parties to ensure a proper protection, detection and response framework is in place. Work with Internal Audit to regularly assess maturity of security and address concerns.
Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services like Design Wajhat factory LAN, Sharing wan design of Al Harbi group,
-Implement the new systems in Wajhat factory and SMG factory, & Configure the security domain and Develop new role to WJAHT investment and SMG factory
-Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
