- Maintain all the facilities in the building (BMS).
- Control all the preventive maintenance in the Building.
- Supervision on EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) department.
- Site Crisis Management Coordinator.
- Following up with outside contractors for elevators maintenance, Transformers, Chillers, UPS and Generator.
- Giving training to supervisors & technicians both technically & theoretically.
- Managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Managing and control heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations
- Maintain all the original documents (master data) of the Plant.
- Suggesting new maintenance procedures to raise plant efficiency and sustainability and develop the system which controls the engineering department systems and programs.
- Upload all Preventive maintenance data for the assets to SAP and control all maintenance procedure by adding task list for engineers.
- Responsible for the inspection, maintenance & field repair of all machinery & mechanical equipment
-Carry out Major overhaul for All Rig equipment (Compressor, generators, pumps and other heavy drilling equipment.
