Organize the workflow to meet the required specifications and oversee the determination of delivery deadlines.

Production control and problem solving related to the production process.

Supervising the performance of production and quality personnel and all workers in the production department.

Determine the necessary resources such as the size of labor and raw materials and all requirements of the production process.

Supervising maintenance and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.

Control and ensure that products meet quality standards.

Supervising the implementation of the occupational health and safety precautions procedures.

Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the senior management.


Understand the quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.

The ability to evaluate performance effectively helps improve output.

Good understanding of determining the budget required to operate the department.

Proficiency in communication and dealing with the work team and other departments departments.

Have organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to follow small details.

The ability to make decisions to improve production processes.
