PPM and Reactive tasks were carried out with a clear knowledge of HSE management, permit to
works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools and associated test equipment.
❖ Controlled and maintained for BMS, CBS, FF, FA, Chillers, Solar system, Access control system and
lighting control system and Operated MEWP and power tools.
❖ Assured all planned maintenance and repair services are completed in a timely and professional
manner.
❖ Installed, repaired and maintained of HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, Heat pump, electrical
distribution and plumbing and performed minor troubleshooting works when necessary.
❖ Inspected and repaired emergency eyewash, shower and fire extinguishers in compliance with OSHA
regulations.
❖ Weekly incepted and tested for Generator and Fire pumps in without load.
❖ Attended to all concerns regarding systems and equipment malfunction.

Repaired and maintained of all type of Pumps, Motors, Driving devices, Valves, Compressors,
Generators & MEWP.
❖ Routine check-up and reporting all pump rooms, generator rooms and Heat exchange room.
❖ Coordinated with MEP team, client, & subcontractors.
❖ Ensured the works is performed in accordance with company safety guidelines and procedures.
❖ Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements.
❖ Repaired and carried out preventive maintenance as per established standards.
