1 - Head of the Legal & Contracts Department of the corportate HQ, leading a Team of Contracts Administrators and Legal Advisors handling all the Contractual and Legal documents of the group.
2. Drafting, reviewing and analyzing various Contracts, MOA, MOU’s …..etc, among other Legal documents .
3. Negotiating the same internally “kick off meetings “ & externally “ with the clients “ .
4. Reporting and coordinating with the Top Management all the legal actions / cases for each respective branch and / or sister companies.
5. Minimizing and eliminating the company Contractual / Legal liabilities and Risk Exposure.
6. Managing & following up of the External Law firms (domestic & international) as and when required.
7. Managing the performance of the team members and reporting to the Top Management via weekly / monthly and quarterly reports.
8. Cooperate with other depts to insure smooth work flow “signed contracts level “ via continuous meetings to avoid/overcome potential obstacles. “if any “.
9. Works on legal matters such as new types of agreements, establishing new companies to expand the company portfolio and maintain the international associated companies/branches in correct legal position.
10. Controls with transparency the relationship between the company & and other governmental or non governmental bodies to protect interests and insure the full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
