Network Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to Cisco Devices, Intercard FEC System, POS, Tellers, Wireless Network, Call Manager, RTLS, CCTV, PA System
Assist the IT Manager in providing technical support functions for the Local Area Network (LAN) including the management of hubs, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
Maintain network and workstation hardware and software.
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
