Display vision and commitment and provide tender loving care to the patients
• Carry out the procedure of admission and discharge of the patients
• Provide a clean and safe environment for the patient and to coordinate patients care with
other team members.
• Perform the routine duties including administration of medication, assistance to doctors in
various medical, and diagnostic procedure by preparing patients for the same.
• Carry out all simple diagnostic procedures.
• Collect and send specimen for laboratory diagnostic procedure.
• Record vital signs of the patients and to perform procedure like enema, CTG, Foleys
catheter insertion etc.
• Prepare the patient for surgeries and ensure that the patient is send to operation theatre
with all the necessary papers and medications.
• Observe all patient condition and take suitable action accordingly and or report change to
ward in charge and/or doctor
• Render expert nursing care to all patients.

• Oxygen Machines (pipe in, nasal cannula, bag & mask, face mask & tanks and portable
oxygen tank).
• Pulse Ox Meter
• Laryngoscope
• Blood pressure apparatus
• Stethoscope
• Nebulizer machine
• Blood glucose monitoring
• CTG machine
• Nasogastric tubes
• Infusion & syringe pump (Terumo)
• Uroflometry
• Thermometer
