Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement including preparation of Bills of
Quantities.
* Produce and send enquiries to subcontractors inviting them to tender.
* Analysis of tenders and preparing tender reports during all stages of procurement Receive and
analyze quotations.
* Notify in writing both successful and unsuccessful subcontractors in a timely manner.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the Construction process.
* Maintaining contract records, correspondence and deadlines in line with monthly commercial
calendar.
* Positive attitude at all times and the ability to integrate and play active part in the Team.
* Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and
valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and
the final account.
* Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

Structural Designing of Multi-storied buildings and villas.
* Structural Analysis using SAFE and STAAD pro.
* Detailing of different structures using AutoCAD.
* Load calculation and column, beam, slab design in excel.
* Effectively applying IS and BS codes and standards in structural design.

Dealing with Customers and arranging vehicles to daily, monthly & yearly basis
* Preparation of reports, mails & Quantity Take off for which one that need.
* Coordinating information and returns with our Manager.
* Dealing Proper Instructions to the Labors.
* Preparation of Attendance Schedule.
* Valuation and Funding for contractors.
