• Responsible for the hiring needs of the group. Hands on experience in all stages of Recruitment from publishing ads across online job portals, social media platforms and the school website to the successful on boarding of candidates ensuring rich candidate experience and handling all HRM functions.
• Screened, shortlisted, and conducted interviews for various positions in education sector like teachers (KG, Primary & Middle School), Senior Leadership Team, Supervisors, administration staff (HR, Accounts, IT), Transport and Housekeeping.
• Expert in handling Job portals- Naukri gulf, Bayt, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Gulf Talent, etc.
• Conducted HR walk-in interviews for bulk recruitment drives.
• Recruited 200+ teachers, 50+ staff in a period of 2 months during the very next month of joining the school with 74% conversion rate.
• Maintaining a database with almost 500+ teachers and administration staff for education sector.
• Handled Leave Management, Attendance report, Performance Evaluation, HR Orientation, HR Personnel file keeping, Payroll documentation, end of service benefits and employee relations.
• Expert in Orison -School ERP system in addition, deletion of employee details, retrieving reports, generating employee details, attendance reports and other HR reports.
• Developed Recruitment strategies for a setting up a new school right from the scratch.
• Created Recruitment Charter, Recruitment graph, Diversity Graph, candidate database, candidate pipeline and Requirement log, etc.
• Handled MOE approval procedures in close coordination with Arabic secretary.
• Processed new visa requests, renewals, cancellation, and work permit documentation in coordination with PRO.
• Prepared all HR related documents (NOC, Warning Letters, Salary Certificate, Promotion Letters, Offer Letters, etc.)
• Developed HR contingent plans to combat COVID19 and established the recent additions in labor law related to redundancy and early leave plans.
