In this role, I'm responsible for the efficient daily management of all HR matters throughout the School. In addition, I'm also responsible for planning and preparing for longer term strategic matters.
My role involves supporting the Principal in ensuring that the School is fully staffed, in accordance with the Board of Governors directions, with exceptionally qualified staff.
Other areas of responsibility include: Policies and Procedures, Visas and Legal Matters, Projects, Payroll, Insurance, HR Committee and others.
