Key Responsibilities:
A- Chairman's Office Management:
- Managing five employees across the Group Companies,
- Managing Internal & External communication related to the Chairman with key related stakeholders,
- Managing all the Chairman's internal and external logistics,
- Auditing and advising on all financial transactions for the Chairman "Personal, Shamayel and Group",
- Managing bank transactions and coordinate with the Bank Account Manager,
- Maintaining all confidential documentation for the Chairman "Personal, Shamayel & Group",
- Collect and compile data on selected projects.
B- Company Related Project/s:
- Liaise with key internals " Head of Executive Committee/ Partner, CEO, CDO, CFO, CMO, CHO, Marketing and PR, HR, Lawyer etc " and externals "Architects, Governmental Entities, Contractors, Utilities Companies, Hotel Management Companies etcs..." to facilitate and coordinate project related tasks,
- Managing all logistics related to VIP visits and potential investors, in addition to the communications and access to the Chairman.
- Focal point of contact for the project matters with all key internal & external project related stakeholder.
