• Identifying business opportunities through traditional or digital means by searching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, in store marketing
• Sell products by researching client needs, establishing contact, and developing relationship with prospects
• Maintain connection with existing clients by providing support, information, and recommending solutions.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets/prospects
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business deals

• Work in partnership with line managers; to identify individual development needs and source external training provision as and when required, monitoring training costs against budget
• Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, contracts, maintaining employee database etc.
• Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate so as to manage the team in an effective way
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date
• Manage the separation process for employees in termination and/or resignation and/or non-renewal situations
• Design and rewrite :Employee Handbook, HR policy Terms and Conditions/Offer letters and all other supporting documents / forms
• Implement performance management/talent management initiatives
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations
• Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
