Office manager responsibilities include scheduling meetings, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our IT Department. Planning and Tasks follow up. Preparing reports, letters, correspondences and statistics for the department. Recruitment and Interview process follow up. Time and Attendance control in addition to the daily tasks planned to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
* Writing proposals for planned and upcoming projects
* Preparing and presenting soft skills sessions
* Providing reference and information services through the Francophone Library desk
* Preparing and sending formal letters to the Francophone partners
* Managing the selection of the volunteers and their training
* Organizing workshops for the young Francophone children based on the French books collection
* Working on the French books selection.
* Working on international cooperation projects with different partners and funding organizations.
Working on international collaboration projects within the Science and Technology fields, organizing scientific conferences, lectures and workshops from the preparation phase till the post event evaluation and statistics, writing proposals and preparing budgets for upcoming projects and organizing training sessions for the young researchers within the region.
Working as civil engineer responsible of the steel details drawings, working on the Steel design and preparing the projects costs and time plan.
