• Create framework to efficiently monitor and track performance of client owned social media properties
• Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continuously finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives

• Coordinating promotional events, hackathons and other In-house events with various teams to ensure the events and activities are executed smoothly
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Check the status of each client's project in the creative department and verify that the project would be complete on time.
- Contact each client at least once a day to discuss their current and upcoming projects.
- Initiate new projects for the client.
- Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval.
- Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign.
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogs, website, and
brochures.
- Managing content for Twitter and YouTube channel for the company.
- Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, business
objective and communication strategy.
- Maintaining client relationship and necessary documentation needed.
- To provide support to other departments of the organization and manage projects of the company.
- Also handled Branding & Product Management for the sister concern of the company called
