Buying & selling foreign currencies from walk in customers and handover excess currencies to main cashier according to the guidelines set by operations management. Conduct all kinds of front office transactions.
Forecast daily currency requirements; offload excess currency position to Head office/other branches/other Exchange Houses booking maximum profit avoiding unnecessary fund blockage.
Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying and selling rate for each currency to attract new customers/retain existing customers ensuring maximum profitability for the company safeguarding customer service intact.
Support record keeping staff by providing all supporting documents and bills for each transaction.
Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to Head Office, Administration Office or various departments of the company.

Dirhams Cashier

Handles cash in Dirhams currency only. Should monitors & balance the cash account based on the number of transactions made.
Provide fast, excellent and error free remittance services (DD/TT/WU/CE etc) to customers from the published timing of the branch in a very professional way.
Collect all supporting documents (master document for remittance, copies of IDs/Trade license/invoices and LOA) for the transactions conducted and arrange for keeping them in files as per the uniform filing system of the company. Arrange for transferring such documents to warehouse.
Deal with all customer complaints and find suitable solutions or inform and follow up such complaints with Customer Care Cell in Head Office.
Convey his/her training needs to Branch Managers and attend training programs organized by HR Department.

Customer Service

Greet and interact with customers in the branch premises with all relevant applications forms.
Provide clear and detailed information to customer who enquires about products and services of the company.
Handle customer complaints and address it to respective department, provide prompt reply with timely updates to customer in consultation with BM/ABM.
Ensure the customer is provided with the highest standard of service and get feedback from them.
Handle customers independently with greater confidence after acquiring adequate level of product knowledge.
