Job responsibilities
•Conduct kitchen and project outlet inspection
•Perform staff training regarding Basic Food Safety principles
•Conduct quality checking of incoming raw and packaging materials as well as finished products
•Conduct product costing
•Update HACCP manual
•Conduct materials and product inventory
•Requisition of manpower statistic requirement
•Payroll preparation of the kitchen staff
•Prepare schedule assignment of cleaners

Job responsibilities
•Conduct new product development and improvement of existing product, process and procedures
•Provide and/or update finished product specifications, raw/packaging material specifications and work in process specifications
•Responsible in the application of company licenses to operate and finished/raw material registration to government regulatory agencies
•Involve in the development of standards/requirements for the enforcement of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
•Serves as the Company Halal Assurance Coordinator
•Knowledgeable in food labelling requirements & nutritional value computation
•Verify QA analyst activities such as raw and packaging materials receiving inspection, in line monitoring, finished product evaluation, material/product rejection, sanitation audit, calibration procedures
•Evaluate samples of raw and packaging materials as alternative/replacement to the existing
•Conduct product costing
•Investigate and report cause of non-conforming products and procedures then recommends corrective and preventive action
•Coordinate with suppliers regarding changes and problems on the delivered raw and packaging materials
•Monitor and coordinate the timely request of third party calibration of laboratoryequipment then review calibration reports
•Analyze the observation and changes on the properties of the retention samples of finished products during shelf life evaluation
•Provide Schedule assignment of QA Staff
•Conduct plant cGMP audit and suppliers audit
•Provide and update Quality Manual
•Evaluates performance of QA Staff
•Conduct inventory of retention samples
•Payroll preparation of QA Staff

•Conduct physico-chemical and sensory analysis of in-line and retention samples of pickled products, sauces, canned products and fruit preserves
•Inspection and testing of incoming raw and packaging materials
•Inspection of defective raw materials, packaging materials and finished products and preparations of the necessary documents in accordance with the rejection
•Preparation and standardization of reagents for chemical analysis
•Testing of sanitizing solution concentration
•Equipment calibration
•Documentation of laboratory procedures
