• Responsible for 44 Vessels in KSA propelled by Voith Schneider propellers as a sole agent of Voith Turbo GMBH. ( Client include Saudi Aramco, Jana Marine, ATCO, Zamil Offshore, Rawabi Vallianz, NPS, Red Sea Marine, etc.
• Handle SAP Ariba includes Saudi Aramco, SWCC, Saudi Electric Company (SEC) & Petro-Rabigh.
• Receiving RFQ from Client (Review the RFQ No, Date, Senders Details, Clarity of requirements, Specs, Qty, Part No and any clarification needed.
• Sending RFQ to Principal to include all requirements of RFQ and any additional instruction
• Receiving the Quote from the principal. Review as per RFQ and make the Costing (consider the custom and freight cost)
• Making Quotation in the system(ERP)and create new item if not existing in system. Make approval to Manager and send to client.
• Receiving PO from the client (review as per quotation).
• Provide Performa Invoice for Advance Payment from Client.
• Confirm to account department for funds received in the bank.
• Send PO to Principal/Supplier. Ask for Order Confirmation (review as per PO and note any changes from their quote)
• Receiving the goods (do the inspection by checking as per packing list, no external damage, condition of each part, Picture of part and packed box ready for dispatched.
