• Responsible for local and overseas recruitment cycle for candidates to be hired within the organisation.
• Provide local & overseas manpower to all kind of construction, Roads & Services, Highways, Water & Power Station, and other civil sector projects.
• Proficient in analysing hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on-boarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs & requirement.
• Experienced in efficient reporting to keep management up to date on recruitment progress & efforts & to fill positions as soon as possible.
• Efficient use of social media to achieve faster results and cast a global net for the required positions.
• Build strong working relationship with hiring managers to ensure that the current and future hiring plans are met.
• Negotiate the offer packages with the candidates.
• Hands on experience on ICIMS HR Module.
• Ensuring that recruitment practices are compliant with recruitment policies, procedures and legal requirement in Kuwait
• Briefing & offering assistance to employees to maintain the company’s culture and standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations when employee complaints or issues are brought forth.
• Prepare overseas documents & forward it to overseas recruitment agencies.
• Track work visa applications & residency stamping by coordinating with the personnel & passport division.
• Prepare mobilization & demobilization reports to be submitted to the concerned departments & top management.
• Sourcing, screening CVs; interviewing candidates and handling the initial screening for various posts junior, senior and managerial levels.
• Issuing offer letters for approved candidates and coordinating with other departments the rest of the procedures i.e. (personnel)
