Responds expeditiously to all emergency and special-service calls. Knowledge of fire
operations, suppressions and prevention, rescue, advancing lines, entry, ventilation,
salvage work, extrications, use of fire equipments and tools, and emergency medical
services. Ensures the operability/maintenance of fire appliance and its equipments. Ensures favourable working conditions of fire detection and fire extinguishing systems. Ensures that entire staff is able to use primary means of fire extinguishing at facilities. Organizes and keeps track of all emergency drills. Carries out systematic inspection on drilling rigs, accommodation units and productions
facilities in order to ensure appropriate compliance with fire safety arrangements and
DOTL policy. Identifies activities associated with high-fire risk and coordinates his actions with
supervisors at offshore and onshore facilities. Carries out regular inspections on production facilities and accommodation units to ensure
fire protection of the Company’s facilities. Ensures availability, preparedness and working conditions of necessary equipment of fire
extinguishing, fire detecting and rescuing. Develops guidelines on measures of fire safety for the Company as a whole, as well as for
each facility of the Company. Participates in investigations of all fire cases and other cases of ignition which caused
damage to health of staff and property of the Company at an appointed facility. Reports all fire hazards or measures to prevent occurrence of ignition by consulting and
reminding the involved in the activity personnel of the subject issues, identifying shortages
(causes) and providing necessary recommendations in order to prevent alike incidents in
the future. Provides site and workshop supervisors with amendments and additions introduced in
instructions of fire safety in the light of operational experience and modern developments
in the field of fire safety. Provides guidance and recommendations on non-standard rules and monitors compliance
with those rules. Controls execution of terms of Company’s instructions on fire safety. Participates, provides recommendations and works on improving rules and action plans of
unforeseen situations. Carries out and coordinates orientation sessions and trainings for personnel of Emergency
Response Team and Duty Personnel. Actively participates in safety meetings and conducts drills on fire extinguishing, using
respiratory apparatuses, life-saving equipments and so on at production site. Disseminates posters and published work on agitation and propaganda of fire department
at Company’s facilities. Ensures systematic inspection of fire protection equipment and tools, passing test and
certification by the third party in accordance with standards. Identifies persons in fault of violating requirements of fire safety and of fire occurrence. Gives recommendations on how to eliminate fire
hazards. Reports on each fire related near-miss situation, provides advice to the involved staff,
reveals the causes and deficiencies, and gives recommendations on corrective actions. Participates and gives recommendations on how to improve the procedures and action
plans for all emergency situations. Monitors and gives recommendations on application and compliance to the company
training standards, conducts fire safety training course. Collaborate with HSE in formulation of risk assessments, emergency response plans, oil
spill response plan and emergency medical services.

Responds promptly to any emergency situation in shift and provides fire-
fighting, rescue support to shift Squad Leader; Assist Shift Controller/Squad Leader in PTW
implementation by providing gas test and safety equipments; Plays a leading role in the
implementation of PPE usage during work as per HSE guidelines; Implement and comply with
all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures to accomplish
operational objectives; Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous
improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes; Comply with relevant HSE
policies, procedures and controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line
with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices; Provides inputs to
prepare Section progress reports for GASCO Managements; Type memos, fax, letters, reports,
includes typing Arabic letters for security clearance and other related matters for new
recruitment and termination of services; Maintain filing system for the section; Maintain and
operate safety and firefighting equipment; ensure that all equipments including fire vehicles are
kept clean and in safe operational condition; Perform monthly inspection of fire hydrants and all
its equipments in their respective fire points; Perform daily checks of Permits to work and
prepare necessary PPE when required; Perform firefighting duties as required and reporting of
fire hazards and unsafe and abnormal conditions; Perform gate control duties at site entrances
and camps; Control vehicles, personnel and materials entering and leaving the plant and issue
temporary slips and badges to authorized visitors and inspect vehicles and contents for
authorization; give advice and assistance to any authority/visitors and direct them to their desired
locations. Perform Fire Control Room Operator using Simplex True Workstation and Yokogawa
Alarm Panel stationed at fire station. Maintain contact units for Fire and Gas Department.
Perform Weekly Fire Alarm testing on Manual Control Panel at different locations. Maintain a
24-Hour watch at Fire Control Room on a rotational basis. Conducts fire safety and emergency
evacuation drills.

( as Firefighter/Hazmat Technician ) Responds to actual or potential air-crash emergencies and/or Respond to road-traffic accidents within landside area; To prevent or extinguish fires and rescue plane crew and passengers; Sprays chemical foam onto runway surface to minimize danger of fire and explosion on impact and water fog or chemical agents onto aircraft after landing; Establishes fire lines to prevent unauthorized persons from entering crash area; May participate in removal or neutralization of explosive ordnance material when military aircraft is involved; Refills Breathing Apparatus when used; Removes and Disposes of Hazardous Materials and prepares worksite to ensure safety of the public during removal; Cleans and maintains equipments used; Monitors air to verify clean environment after removal or to assess conditions. Conducts fire safety and emergency evacuation drills.

( as Emergency Medical Technician ) Participates in removal of trapped or injured crew members and passengers, using flame-cutting equipment and/or hydraulic equipments if necessary to gain entry/access to damaged craft or buildings; Rescue the injured person; Assess the injured person; Renders first aid / initial treatment to injured persons; Provides medical first aid to all staff and crewmembers; Provides and conducts first aid training, basic life support and advance life support to all staff and crewmembers;

( as Watchroom Officer ) Uses a computer-aided fire alarm system. Receives emergency calls from Operations Department of KBZAC or Al Ain Ground Control Tower or public requesting Fire, Rescue or Medical assistance. Determine the nature and location of the emergency; Determine priorities, Records all gathered Informations and Datas including the name of the caller: and Dispatches RIV, fire or ambulance units; Maintain contact with all units on assignment, maintain status and location of fire units; Monitor direct emergency alarms, answer non-emergency calls for assistance; Receive requests for information regarding nature of the building and its occupancies and provides pertinent data. Monitor several complex public safety radio frequencies. Perform Fire Control Room Operator using Siemens Fire Alarm Control Panel. Operates a variety of communications equipment, including radio consoles, telephones and computer systems. Sends and receives reports to and from the head office.

Assist Physician in treatment by procedure; Assist nurses in giving holistic care to patients; Attends to emergency situation like code blue and fire call; Register and update patients coming for treatment. Assists patients admitted patients to their respective room or ward, and on their discharge. Works on specified schedules and requires overtime when needed.
