Scouting of CVs thru different channels as per the criteria of the department requiring the additional manpower or for new projects acquired. Doing the initial screening of candidates before presenting them to our HR Manager for shortlisting. Incharge as well of the administrative tasks in the department.
Main responsibility is to handle insurance and tracking of asset finance of the company i.e. motor, equipment and machinery. Handles the administrative duties of the department and other daily activities in the Operation team.
Directly reporting to Regional Manager of Private Banking Western Province and support to the whole team. I coordinate and handle as well all administrative and clerical duties of the department. Prepares draft and edit business correspondence and memos. Assist Private Banking clients in tehir transactions and other requirements i.e. Bank Statements, Introduction Letters and Balance Certificate. Plans and manage the business itineraries of the team, including their meeting schedules, flight bookings and hotel reservations. Overall ensuring smooth flow of day-to-day activities in the office.
Mainly in charge of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Monitoring Takaful Sales Report. We also prepare othr kinds of reports i.e. Commission, Renewal etc. Attends to other ad hoc reports and statistics request. Administrator of the Agency section of the SABB Takaful system. Activities which includes registration, termination, transfer and reactivation of agents. We are responsible as well in prepring powerpoint slides and graphs to illustrate statistics and performance in visual.
Directly reporting as Secretary to the Managing Director of the Company. Coordinates will the department heads regarding their business related needs and concerns. Plans ang manage the business itineraries ofthe MGD, including his flight details and hotel reservations. Ensuring that day-to-day tasks are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
