ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT HEAD (May 16, 2015 up to the present)
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Ensures the accuracy of system data from entry of all general journal entries, to recording sales from branch POS and generating reports for various purposes
•Creation and implementation of systems, policies and procedures for the improvement of overall operations whilst establishing proper execution of internal controls
•Direct monitoring of performances of 32 Accounting Staffs in the Head Office and 6 Accounting Staff in Ozamiz Satellite Office while ensuring the smooth flow of transactions in the department and solving difficulties as they arise
•Facilitates the personnel development in the Accounting Department and the conduct of periodical evaluation to newly hired employees
•Submits Financial Reports and special operations analysis for Management use
•Feed the Corporate Accountant/Lawyer necessary information for Tax Declarations and other purposes
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide Profit Loss Statement to the General Manager
Provide our Accountant data needed for submission in Government offices
Supervise Accounting staff
monitoring of Accounting work
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Delivery monitoring of the Three (3) distribution Principal
•Handling mechanical problems of delivery vans
•Strategizing the efficiency and accuracy of deliveries to customers
•Facilitate Good Warehousing Practice of the three (3) distribution Principal
•Feed the Accounting Head a summary expense of the distribution.
•Orientation of newly hired employees for the Distribution team.
•Negotiates contract with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Filing and updating of All Joan’s Pharmacy Personnel Employment Records
•Handling telephone inquiries, concerns and requests from 12 Operating Branches
•Preparation and dissemination of various internal communications
•Processing of Employees’ Cash Advance Requests
•Making Payroll System
•Facilitate and Processing Employees loans and benefits.
•Handling employees concern and difficulties.
•Conduct training and orientation for newly hired employees.
