1. Manage planning and executing events such as international conferences and exhibitions, seminars, trainings, staff events, and launching activities
2. Working closely with the cross-functional team members like Branding, Communications, PR and Web section so the over-all event goals and objectives can be met
3. Manages budgetary requirements for each event
4. Oversee purchasing and ordering in relation to catering, audio-visual, security and rental needs for the event
5. Maintains an events calendar that can aid in implementing long-term planning and effective event management
6. Assists in developing marketing collaterals and tools as required by the events such as brochures, handouts, and flyers - content editing and copywriting
7. Ensures that marketing communications, plans and initiatives achieve the objectives within the marketing strategy
8. Prepares events programs and plans through the Events Project Brief and Communications Brief
9. Execute all necessary follow-ups pertaining to the event
10. Liaising with the tri-media for press coverage and conferences and arrange for photo opportunities
