Seasonal Planning: Plan for seasonal fluctuations and promotional events, ensuring the availability of appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand during peak periods.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Create and manage Sales budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets. Supervise Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and software to extract actionable insights, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance merchandise planning processes.
