• Responding to client calls or emails on the same day
• Assisting the walk-in clients in the firm
• Booking the conference room for internal as well client meetings
• Arranging for the conference call request.
• Managing the documents pertaining to courier.

Managing in recruiting the Agency Managers and advisors

assisting in profiling the candidates shortlisted.
Understanding the training needs of the sales force
Segmenting advisors and Agency Managers according to
profile and need for training
Supporting the Branch Head in planning training programs for
Advisors & Managers.
Conducting induction and other training programs on a
regular basis
Co-coordinating with the training institutes & maintaining a
good relationship
Managing the administrative work related to training and
licensing of advisors
My work also requires me to do everything related to sales on
a regular basis.
This would include new business underwriting and servicing
too
In charge of the new start-up batch for the training of the
advisor
Responsible for the daily administrative activities
Assisting during the orientation program.
Forwarding leads to the marketing department and ensuring
its converted.
Enrolling guests for the membership program.
Attending membership calls.
Updating the software with the membership details
Meeting the guests on arrival during their stay.
Coordinating with the hotel staff with respect to the
membership details
Interacted and counseled the students on the right course
according to their aptitude
Handling customer calls & inquires
Promoting the details of the course to the client
