Develop and execute IT Strategy for company aligned to business priorities and strategy. Establish and maintain the IT
department of the organization in conjunction with the business and IT strategy.
 Form local IT team and implement IT solutions to achieve harmonized business processes in line with business policies
and in compliance of ISO 27001 standards.
 Execute, monitor and track all ICT projects using ITIL methodology as applicable. Ensure ICT projects adhere to Cost, Time
and Quality targets. Provide primary service to the local IT user community.
 Manage contracts with external partners to ensure a cost-effective service and support model in line with expected SLAs.
Ensure that projects and investments are aligned with local management.
 Build a strong and motivated in-house team capable of supporting the ICT operations and activities at an affordable cost.
Set goals and monitor performance of team members based on assigned time frame.
 Project managed ICT projects including full system upgrades and new infrastructure implementations. Acted as focal
point for implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions (Dynamics AX) and servers used by the company.
 Defined IT / IS policies & procedures related to system operations. Managed system performance by system analysis &
performance tuning and handled troubleshooting of system hardware, software as well as networks.
 Conceptualizing, implementing, monitoring and supporting IT infrastructure required to allow smooth functioning of all
departments of the company.
 Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the
company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
 Effectuating proper maintenance of hardware & software in order to enhance the value-return of those assets. Engage
vendors for procurement and replacement of new hardware to stay in sync with time.
 Managed procurement of relevant hardware/software's for ensuring their availability in line with the operational
requirements.
 Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident and problem management process. Analysis and reporting of
incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
Serves as the primary contact for ERP project activities, organize project review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, project
progress and technical performance.
 Conduct database management mainly on MS SQL data backup & recovery as well as all aspects of licensing and
regulatory compliance ensuring the appropriate availability levels of the IT infrastructure.
 Maintains Active Directory, deploy group policies, restrictions and implement technologies to enforce information
security.
 Exceed company expectations in Technology Management through Technology Research / Evaluation / Absorption,
Knowledge Transfer, Team Competence Building, Solution Architecting, etc.
