• Policies & Procedures: Reviewed existing policies, procedures and practices detailed in the Personnel Handbook and other documents and developed proposals for amendments and/or the introduction of new policies, procedures and practices in order to provide a high-quality, cost effective service to all the departments
• Recruitment: Liaised with managers for their recruitment needs. Advertised internally and externally, in journals, job-boards and magazines. Created job descriptions/specifications, conducted recruitment in line with the manpower plan on various technologies viz. SAP, Java, J2EE etc. Advised managers on recruitment and selection processes and participated in interview panels when necessary.
• Reports: Compiled, analyzed and presented management information reports viz., Sickness data, Job Evaluation, Employee Relations Cases and Workforce Analysis on a regular basis to the Executive Team and HR Board Committee. Also produced ad-hoc reports as requested by the senior management for strategic decisions
• Induction: Established and managed an in-house induction process that addressed new starters’ orientation needs
• HR Advice: Provided HR advisory service in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change and a range of employment and employee relations matters to line managers. Collaborated with line managers in different locations to ensure that a consistent approach is taken to HR issues

• Helping the customers with technical problems.
• Solving all the technical problems related to their active directory accounts, outlook problems, scheduling meetings, citrix related problems, system performance problems etc.,
• Single point of contact for all types to account creations like trackwise, team center, business objects etc.,
• Assisting the Baxter Clients to setup Virtual Private Network (VPN)
